Shipping policy

    Orders are delivered within an average of 3 to 5 business days.

  2. Delivery Areas:
    Delivery is available to all governorates in the Arab Republic of Egypt, except for the following excluded areas:

  3. Shipping Cost:
    Shipping cost varies depending on the governorate and will be indicated during the order process.
    Shipping is not free.

  4. Shipping Start Time:
    The shipping period starts after order confirmation with the customer via customer service, which occurs within 24 hours after placing the order.

  5. Delivery Methods:
    Delivery is carried out exclusively by Bosta company.
    There are no multiple delivery options (such as express delivery or store pickup).

  6. Order Tracking:
    Customers can track their orders via their account on the website or by contacting customer serviceย 

  7. Delay or Lost Shipment Policy:
    In case of delay, loss, or damage of the shipment, the customer will be compensated in a manner deemed appropriate by the company.

  8. Receiving and Signature:
    Customer signature is not required upon receipt.
    Orders can be received by another person on behalf of the customer.
